Hello there young lady. Let me say I'm happy to see you enjoyed your first listening to the mighty Led Zeppelin. I highly recommend you listen to the entire first LP by this band. You will NOT be disappointed. More than once I've said this band was the Blues on warp drive. As for the "crying" you hear, it's is Jimmy Page playing a (violin) bow across the strings of his electric guitar.

All 3 had some political commentary, mostly can be viewed as what was currently happening at the time. He's also done some political diss songs. He's such an amazing talent! A song I recommend by Paint is "Boy Brand". Super fun especially if you grew up with boy bands. I also saw someone recommend "Disney Villain's Medley" by Peter Hollins, I love that one and second this!

I only just realised that the author of the project was shown as Jerry Coe = Jericho, where the sound of trumpets made the walls come tumbling down.

I tried really hard to decipher the lyrics. Overly metaphorical? 'You are a rock and I am your land' sounds like we're not going anywhere so running with me could be a problem. Musically it was really nice. Upbeat sorrows? Dancing through the pain? Glad I came back for another listen. 8 )

Dead Sara is so much better band that Linkin Park. Emily is a complete musician so much better songwriter than Shinoda. But sorryfull Dead Sara never had that Buumm. So I understand why Emily joining Linkin Park. If they let her play the guitar, writing the songs of Linkin Park so sure they will do something that ever did ´ em Change. Cause Linkin Park sounds the same and same song by song. Emily is the one to breking that habbit of these band. One of the best voices of all history of music right onto Emily Armstrong.

I love Led Zeppelin. So, if you are covering them, I think, you also need to cover a band called Heart. Heart have many great songs and were heavily influenced by Led Zeppelin. Thank you for another wonderful and brilliant Kate Bush reaction. Experiment IV was a brand new track on Kate's only greatest hits compilation album, "The Whole Story." The BBC decided to ban the music video from being shown at a time when children could be watching (e.g., any time before 09:00 PM). She apparently enjoyed being the monster in the video! 😁

It was really nice to hear this version, and, like you, I was amazed at the emotion in his voice. And felt it too.

Kate is also a huge fan of movies and created some very cinematic videos. As others have mentioned she wrote and directed this one. She also wrote and directed the very cinematic videos This Womens Work and Hounds of Love. She also created a short film The Line, the Cross and the Curve from songs from The Red Shoes. It never got critical acclaim, and Kate herself didn't seem to be satisfied with it. Recently she created the story board for the animated short video The Little Shrew as an effort to raise money for War Child UK. She is such a multi talented artist. Besides Hugh Laurie and some other well known actors that appear in the video, her boyfriend at the time, bass player and music collaborator, the late Del Palmer is the test subject (the man strapped to the chair). Also, her brother Paddy Bush is the bearded fellow in the straight jacket.

The calibre of actors Kate was able to get to perform in her videos is impressive and goes to show the respect with which she was and is held. Hugh Laurie, Dawn French, Richard Vernon and Peter Vaughan all in this one video.

Probably my favourite video of hers, though 'Cloudbusting' is terrific too. She had no problem attracting actors & comedians to appear with her or in her videos. A true performing legend.

The scary thing is that there have been experiments with infrasound, extremely low frequencies for weaponizing. I think the difficulty was with precise targeting, they couldn't emit the deadly frequency without also destroying the transmitting device. To aim and 'send' it as a kind of bomb didn't work. But I am sure someone has figured out by now how to dial it back and send very nasty lethal wireless signals...yikes!

This is an iconic song, and was a huge hit here in the 80s. The lead singer and song writer is Shane Howard, who is still very active as an independent artist. You might also want to check out some of the great indigenous artists from Australia - Archie Roach, Gurrumul Yunupingu, Yothu Yindi, Vicka and Linda Bull, to name just a few. You won’t be disappointed.
